The Southern half of Missouri--extending from the Eastern border in St. Louis to the Western border in Kansas City is home to the Ozarks region in the Midwestern US. Here you will find Kansas City barbecue, Lake of the Ozarks, Branson--the Las Vegas of the Midwest, and the Mark Twain National Forest.

Arkansas--the Natural State--is also a large part of the Ozarks region. The Northern one-third of the state from East to West includes the abundant water resources and rolling hills characteristic of the Ozarks. Here you'll find Beaver Lake, the Buffalo River, the Arkansas Grand Canyon and the Mountain Biking Capital of the World.
